Updated huge rooms with awesome views of the park across the street and the water, and a safe, central heating and an iron. Good area, marvellous and perfect location, near to the History Museum and Parliament Hill, a separate restaurant inside and the tourist sites by following the red line on the walkways.

The restaurant was good for dinner here, I had amazing dishes. The beds were extremely comfy, view of the park across the street and the water was stunningly beautiful.

Had a pretty nice stay when visiting this spot. The location was excellent, close to most attractions in the city, and in a good area. They even offer French cuisine at the on-site restaurant. Bon appétit! 🍴

The swiming pool area
The early noise for the construction that is going on, the front desk staff should be nicer with the customers of the hotel. Breakfast should be open a la carte and not close after 10.30 a.m.

Fast check-in and check-out.
Parking in the underground garage costs an additional $18.00. Breakfast very clearly arranged. There were no fresh vegetables at all, such as tomatoes or cucumber slices. Also nature yogurt was not in the offer.

Rooms are spacious and clean.
If you are looking for a good night of sleep, this might not be your best option: Beds are uncomfortable and walls are thin; I could hear the neighbor throwing up at 4AM and 5:30AM. I could also hear their phone rang at 12AM as if it was the one in my room. When I informed the staff the next day, the best thing they had to say is that there was a wedding the night before and they would check things... Check what? I never knew.

Everything
Breakfast, the restaurant was cold, we had to return to our room to put sweaters, so when we began to eat, the food was cold even though the food at the buffet was hot.

We had a really nice stay on night one at Crowne Plaza Gatineau-Ottawa. The room we booked was reasonably large and well laid out, featuring a kitchenette. The hotel's location was particularly convenient for accessing pubs.

I liked that even though I arrived before the 4 pm check in time they were able to accommodate us and check us in. That was fantastic as we were going on a boat cruise for the rest of the day. I liked that they also helped us out by giving us a king size bed seeing as my partner is 6'7. The hotel location wasn't too far from downtown Ottawa, and even closer to Little Italy for great restaurants! The room was a great size for 2 or more people and the coach was a pull out couch.
We were charged for a meal we did not have, and when checking out I asked to have it removed, instead of doing so the staff took my information and said they would look into it (after I went back and forth with the staff at the restaurant and the reception staff on my own). In my opinion they should have just removed it seeing as I wasn't even checked into the hotel when the meal was had. At the very least the reception staff should have gone over to the restaurant staff and dealt with it themselves. That's just good customer service. I am still waiting to hear back from management if they will even refund the money. The breakfast was terrible. For $14 plus taxes and tip it came to $19 bucks for one person and I think I could have had something a lot better for that amount anywhere else. Parking was expensive at $18 a day.

We've stayed here 3 time times now, the staff are friendly, place is clean
The maid walking in without knocking first wasn't my favourite part of my stay, and then stand there talking to me while I was just out of a shower! Also the price of parking in your hotel is alittle high, when you have a $13 max public lot across the street lol
